Dramagrams Terms and Conditions:
1. Dramagrams' cancellation policy is as follows: One week notice- full refund...  Less than 72 hours notice the client will incur a 50% cancellation fee... Less than 48 hours notice the client will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
2. It is vital that our performer starts when he or she arrives at your event. Dramagrams' performers often times have multiple bookings and being delayed could effect their next show.
3. The client will be charged $25.00 for every 15 minutes the performer has to wait.
4. If performer arrives at the event and is told he/she cannot perform (either the recipient is not there, the area will not allow singing telegrams, the location is outside and there is no backup location, etc) the client will be charged the full amount for reserving his/her time slot.
5. Please be flexible with our performer, allow a 15 minute grace period. We make every attempt to arrive on time and be very punctual, and you will be notified of any delays via phone.
6. If for any reason our performer does  not show up for the event you will receive a full refund.
7. Restrain all pets from the stage area of the performance. Animals and our entertainers are not to interact in any capacity.
8. Alcohol or any drugs are not to be offered to any of our entertainers before, during or after their performance.
9. A contact person must be at the event with a cell phone or home phone accessible.
10. A safe environment must be provided for our entertainers. Drunken guests, hecklers and any other rowdy individuals are to be kept away from all performers. If the performer at any time feels unsafe, threatened or in danger they will leave the event and the client will be charged for the full package.
11. Performers numbers are not to be given out to any clients before, during or after a performance. Dramagrams has a policy that its actors do not date/ call any of its clients.
12. Request for entertainers to take off  clothing, strip or dance provocatively is not permitted. Such request will terminate one's entertainment.
13. Dramagrams does not share client's credit card numbers, email addresses or phone numbers with any third party.
14. Gratuities for entertainers is optional and left up to the client.

When you, the client, book entertainment through Dramagrams we assign a performer to your time slot. We do not accept other shows for your performer and that is why the cancellation policy is structured accordingly. In addition, many of our performers have multiple shows scheduled throughout the day, therefore, it is imperative that he/she starts at the designated time to stay on schedule.
 
By receiving service from "Dramagrams" you are agreeing to the terms and conditions stated above. If you do not agree to any or all of the terms and conditions please contact Dramagrams before filling out  the order form. Filling out the order form signifies you agree to the terms and conditions set forth and will serve as a written contract between you and Dramagrams. Thank you.
